At the time, I came away from it thinking I'd really enjoyed it. As the years have passed, I recall it with even more affection for being fortunate enough to say I got to see him. It's on a par with the gratitude I have for having seen Prince live on 8 occasions before he died (ironically, he was always rumoured to be playing at Glastonbury on pretty much every year it ran, but never did).
Fair play! Would love to meet and greet but would probs be star struck! Looking forward to the Telekon 45th anniversary! Wife - not so much!
I thought the same but he's such a nice ordinary bloke you wouldn't believe it. Got to stay in for the soundcheck as well. Now that was "pinch me, I'm dreaming!" time.
Genocide? Yes that's fine Chanting against people who commit genocide? Throw a wobbly Make it make sense
Shambles of a bloke. Stand down from being site admin - @Marc get gone, you’re not wanted here. Scumbag.
Neil Young now being shown. Has he changed his mind, or is it just that he didn't want it going out live? BBC 2 10.10pm
Personal abuse? You’ve been at me for more than a year now. I expect you to be banned for 3 months, minimum. Id say it’s been nice to know you, but it hasn’t…. Sithi, cocker…..
Gary Numan and Neil Young upped the standard hugely today. Neil is only on his second song but I’m staying up to watch it all
