    My dad and I haven’t got ours yet but we moved seats* a couple of weeks ago so wasn’t sure if that delayed it.

    *Nothing personal @Old Gimmer! We’ve moved closer to the halfway line near my old seat. I can’t say I’ll miss the lad behind though!!

    Although I got mine, my daughter never got hers.

    I emailed the club and they sent it via email.

    I suggest everyone does the same as I’d guess you should have received them by now.

    The box office were fantastic to deal with and replied within the day.

    I'm still waiting too. Given the number still waiting, I won't panic just yet. My mums got hers, though mine, my brother and my niece's haven't. I renewed mine separately to theirs. There must be some sort of rhyme or reason to it. Then again, probably not.
