    Mine’s Breastroke, I struggle to control myself with the others and can’t keep a straight line. With the Breaststroke, my arms are fully stretched outfront enabling a fuller and smoother movement.

    Stephen Dawson will agree with breast. I also prefer breaststroke as I think its easier to do and uses the muscles best for folk that simply need to strengthen and move without over-exerting.

    I like to watch it in the medleys. I'm not the best swimner, doggy paddle for me!

    I went to Barnsley Olympic at Race Street Baths swam butterfly but to be fair there weren’t many kids who could do it
