I think the majority of fans don't take it all that seriously. The only real concern is that the start of the season is fast approaching and we don't yet seem prepared for it.
It’s not outside the realm of possibility. Bananas stuff happens in football all the time, and at every club, never mind little old BFC. But there’s nothing to back up any of Luca’s claims. It’s gone from interest, to 100% done deal, to Mladen having a mare and the player not answering his phone. Without any evidence. I have no issue with posters claiming to be in the know. But you’d like to think that most folk would take everything with a huge pinch of salt. There’s some pretty detailed claims that aren’t helpful, truthful or otherwise. I guess the club doesn’t help itself with its continued failure to actively engage with its audience. But still. Doesn’t sit right this. For me anyway.
Loving this thread. The soap opera that is the transfer window continues unabated. Hearsay or heresy? Who knows—though it's deliciously Acorn Antiques-esque in style. A parody of a parody? A farce of a farce? All smoke, all mirrors, and the legend of the Great Mladen only grows. Here’s hoping his next trick is to serve the soup… without spilling a drop.
Absolutely spot on, a post which should end all this nonsense because you’ve absolutely nailed it YT haha! We’ve gone from him saying it’s a done deal, to not completed because it’s the weekend, to now this Peter Pan realms of an excuse for it not been done haha! There’s absolutely nothing to say he’s not signing and could do in the next hour for all we know, but he could quite easily never have even been close to signing. If he does sign though then I hope to god people aren’t as silly as to believe the rumour of him going awol and automatically think he’s a bad egg and give him a chance, same applies to Mladen, as terrible as he’s been, because in reality all that’s been posted in here are rumours off x and facebook.
Threads like this are funny and why the BBS keeps me entertained. Logic can be a bit dull, speculation and scandal are far more interesting.
