    Massive player. Heart like a lion(ess) and no fear. Immense athlete.
    I've not seen a penalty struck with such ferocity since Eddie Loyden's cracker in an FA Cup replay at Filbert Street against a young Peter Shilton in 1969.
    Along with her, we should also put bids in for Leah and Chloe Kelly.

    What I cant understand is why she didn't take one of the first 5 penalties.
    Feel a bit sorry for the Swedish keeper - so many great saves but the the team missed the target too often

    Possibly my 2nd ever away match. ( i think Bradford was mi 1st) From what I can remember of the game and little I saw. Arriving late and crushed all around. Eddie bless him blocked a certain goal for us, it was definitely going in lol.

    I can only think it's because she was a bit lame.

    It was a great penalty, reminiscent of Psychos against Spain.

    I thought her and James really stepped up to the plate in the 2nd half last night, they are the real quality in the team and their sheer effort and bloody mindedness really helped in our comeback. Along with the subs all coming on and contributing massively of course.

    I’m a huge admirer of Lucy Bronze. Passion, commitment and skill. Whenever I’ve seen her she’s been immense. Just a shame she’s nearing the end of her career…
