I think they are annual to give the safety certificate for each season - bit like an MOT, but as you say it must have been clear work would be needed at last years inspection Happened to my Mrs Mazda6 which was only 22 years old it had needed welding the last few years to get through its MO, last year she was warned that it was unlikely to pass this year as there was nothing left to weld to and then this year as expected we were told only way to get it through was to replace the entire floorplan. But she had known she was on borrowed time for about the last 3 years. Cant be a surprise that the North stand needs work . if the above photos are genuine fixing it isnt going to be cheap

My mate who I used to work with has a season ticket in the North stand and took great pleasure in taking the **** when part of our West stand was closed so he's getting both barrels if they have to shut theirs.
The thing is, every club has its local rivals and even its haters. But if every rival club went bust then there would be no football, no opposition,no BFC, no League.
So you're suggesting that the Oinkers are so massive that if they go under the entire league system will collapse?
I'm puzzled as to why they needed a construction firm from Bangkok to assess things. Smacks a bit of hoping for a miracle, Thai style. And backhanders.
It would be sad if no team from South Yorkshire ever qualifies for Europe again. I wish them every success and hope they sort things out soon.
I'd rather it be anyone but them. And let's face it, unless they get an oil baron or Hollywood guy they're going nowhere fast
