Very bad news. Should definitely be trying to get Hamer in before the weekend, although I reckon he'll cost us in the region of £500k. Not sure how feasible that is until we sell someone, although it's still surely more feasible than continuing as we are. What happens if MDG or Earl pick up knocks on Saturday?
Call that 4 in my estimation That's if his rehab goes to plan Admittedly I'm not privy to any inside information and don't know Robo personally I'm just going on his age healing process and the nature of his injury sounds like its more of a tear that a stretch injury. Question is will he recover fully in time for Christmas Makes the moving on of certain players paramount for us to be able to get some new bodies in Possibly a sale or two included in the movement out Case of watch this space to see what happens now. Don't you think
Surely has to consider giving Lopata a chance' rave reviews at Ross county' 2 player of the season awards.
All the same' he's our player' give him a chance to prove himself' lge 1 standard is hardly out of this world' you never know the loan spell could have done him the world of good.
CH has said today he has no plans to put Lopata in the team and they will be moving him on if possible.
I think Saturday it will be Bland, MdG, Earl, Ogbeta as the back 4 with Barratt on the bench. Ideally we can get that Hamer in who can cover RB and CB
Bit surprised by Lopata's Barnsley career, I thought he was the only one that looked half good when he first signed on until he got injured. Never had a look in since. But if CH sees it that way I'm glad he's straight to the point about it
