    My dad’s like that. He has no idea who we sign / sell unless I tell him. Never reads a thing online.

    Just goes to almost every home game.

    He’s got no clue about any of the people who work at the club apart from who the manager is, he has no idea that we’ve lost a fortune or about any other issues.

    I’d quite like to be like that to be honest. Just turn up & watch the football on a Saturday.

    Brings back memories that statement. I came back to watching the Reds in the 2014/15 season the bloke next to me spent the first few games litterly sat sideways no interaction whatsoever. Anyway chipped away trying to break down the barriers by the the end of the season we were best football mates. The next few seasons it was my job for the first 6ish games to explain who the new lads were where they came from and what postion they play. The only times we talked was watching the Reds s at the start of one season he wasn't there i enquired round us to be told he'd sadly past away.sad times I missed my football mate.

    I’ve been like that for a bit, takes me six months at least ( not good with names in general) , in between I make do with great ball mate, well played son etc
