This isn't great highlights to be honest, but I prefer it to the Sky one, with the forced on commentary.

    And here's Conor's comments.
He admits we'd practiced the penalties, and I agree with him that we deserved to win it in normal time.
We've mostly dominated the game, but its still a few careless defensive mistakes that are costing us.

    And here's Patrick's comments.
Interesting to hear him mention being put in at right back, late on in the game.

I'm not a fan of the Lg Cup anymore, and I haven't been for a long time now.
Yeah a nice little Cup run is always good, but its good to see that the League is always the main priority.
We might need to practice more pens for the next round, as Rotherham also went through in their tie, after a shoot out!.

When I saw him going into that area, I was a bit puzzled. Then I realised we had no centre halves on the pitch, so it was Barrett and Watson as centre halves, Kelly as right back and ogbeta left back until woodcock came on - now thats what you call a proper make shift defense...:D

Speaking of penalties, I noticed Murphy picked up the ball and passed it to each of our penalty takers so they weren’t walking all the way to the spot on their own like Fleetwood were. It reminded me of when Southgate paired the England team up for pens.

Yes, I actually think minor stuff like that can have a huge impact, especially during massively high pressured games!

    Why only 2 penalties?

I don't know, and like I say it's only poor brief highlights.
The one with the commentary does at least show more, but normally I mute them these days, with the annoying live comms.
