This has been so painful to watch.

How can we have so much possession but basically no goal threat? All of the ball but we're reduced to chipping balls over the top to no-one, because when we don't we overplay it or run into one of their players. Rotherham have been excellent when they've had the ball and should be further ahead.

Slow down a bit and go re read any previous comments. A couple of defenders have already been called out. To be fair 10 of probably 11 could have been commented upon after that first half ‘performance’ couldn’t they.

 

Well someone posted on here last week ,we had the best midfield in the league.
And our back up midfield that can't get into the first 11, would get into any other leaguec1 team.
I thought wtf that's a big statement.
Well our back up midfield are on display today and im not convinced his statement was quite right.
Were piss poor.
Shep as been immense .

 

Just highlights our lack of strength in depth beyond our best starting 11. We are shocking & are crying out for reinforcements.

Two reasons.. one is we've signed similar tippy-tappy players this summer. And two the opposition will let you pass it sideways and back as often as you like.. doesn't hurt em
