    Signs a 6 year contract, what happens if he continues banging the goals this season and Real Madrid and Barcelona come sniffing next summer , he could av signed a 20 year contract, means nothing, he had 4 years left at Newcastle only good thing for them they get a shed load of money to spend without worrying about FFP.

    Can't believe Liverpool have left it this late to be honest. Should have had all their business done by pre-season starting. Desperation signing etc.

    Well I'm a massive Liverpool fan, according to some ........ and I'd like to place on record that although I hope he does well, I'm not comfortable about his stance through all this. Fully expect him to pretend he's got a gentleman's agreement to join Real Madrid in early 2027.

    Every striker in this market is overpriced to be fair. Clubs are desperate for them so the logical way to spend the Isak money is on a unproven striker with potential in Woltemade along with a Proven PL striker who guarantees goals in the short term.

    The banner at Newcastle shown on Sky Sports News made me laugh. Said 'Isak is a rat Wissa is a Geordie' due to Wissa doing the exact same thing to Brentford as Isak did at Newcastle
