    Has it begun?

Genocide, mass starvation, ethnic cleansing, attacks on countries not yet involved.

Who are the good guys? Who are the bad guys? We’re the good guys of course. But only if you overlook the fact we’re complicit in genocide....

China won't let it happen, it would ruin their economy.

Sadly in my view, it is getting very close. It just needs one attack with a retaliation, and all hell will break loose.

    See
    Poland - Russia
    Qatar - Israel

No retaliation, yet, but I think that's all it will need...

Pretty sure it started in 2022 or so. Maybe even earlier.

At least that’s what the history books will say.

The state of Israel and their friends are the major hostile war mongers. No matter how bad they behave towards fellow humans they never face any punishment. In punishment I don't mean military actions I mean sanctions, restrictions on movement of their citizens and their money.

I absolutely believe we're in preparation stages. If not WW3, then significant global conflict. I was at an innovation forum with the MOD around 18 months ago, where we were discussing this, amidst the current backdrop of what is without doubt a global polycrisis. All the triggers are there:
    • Climate emergency
    • Mass migration
    • Population growth
    • Public health crises & global pandemics
    • Race for control over sea ports and natural resources
    • Global political unrest
    • Rise of populism and autocracy
    • Exponential growth of AI and emergence of AGI
    • Strengthening of the BRICS alliance

Yep, its scary at the moment. Many of our world leaders are also unpredictable or gung-ho too. There needs to be more dialogue and diplomacy about lots of these world issues but countries seem to be building weapons up not de-escalating.

Well, WW2 started in 1931 (although some will argue that WW2 was continuing WW1 after a breather), so if it happens now, it likely started before 2012 with the hybrid warfare disinformation campaigns and first invasion of Ukraine.

Apparently 38 towns an cities in the UK are Targets of importance, i'm not an expert but anything north of Inverness would be the safest places to be, and with the higher altitudes would be helpful, if it does happen an you live in Barnsley your fooooked, Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Hull an York being priority tgts. Trump for all his loudmouthed hubris is a coward. He's weak. Well out of his depth on the world stage. The west has no leadership.

No. NATO, nuclear weapons, and the concept of mutually assured destruction has and will continue to prevent any hot wars breaking or between any major military nations.

Regional skirmishes and proxy wars will continue.

Evidence/source: see all the rhetoric of the past 3.5 years since the Ukraine invasion. Nothing happens, ever.

I suggest following That Intel Guy and Count Daedalus on Tiktok/Instagram. They're great for analysing and exposing what is essentially media fear mongering and saber rattling rhetoric.

Countries are skint, Continents are skint, the global economy is foooked an nobody can afford to fight. Soldiers are signed up around the world to fight with wooden rifles an rubber bayonets. The sergeant shouts to his men when you shoot you shout Bangety bang, an when you thrust you shout Stabity stab. A few days later the Army is deployed to Europe facing the Ruskies on the battlefield, as the fighting starts an the armies approach each other, Bangety bang, Stabity stab could be heard for miles, miraculously thousands fall to the front to left to the right an to the rear, for hours its chaos but somehow it works. Amidst the piles of bodies our hero stands alone, bemused an confused he spots a lone enemy soldier walking towards him, oddly he is unarmed no rifle no bayonet no weapon, he continues getting nearer an the hero shouts Bangety bang Bangety bang Bangety bang, as he gets nearer the hero shouts Stabity stab an the enemy soldier walks right up to the hero an knocks him to the ground, an then the Hero hears the Enemy soldier Shouting Tankety tank, Tankety tank, Tankety tank.

Am I right in thinking that the UK has an army of about 70,000?
Well that should see us through the first day.
Good luck with conscription, Mr Starmer.
Anyway the aliens won't let the nuclear rockets take off, they are watching us from above.

Not sure if it’s on your list but Lincoln without a shadow of doubt would be one of the first attacked due to RAF Waddington
