Are the club still planning on improving the fan zone? Noticed at the last home game it was worse than I've ever seen it with, other than a stage at one end, what looked to be literally a parasol and one guy manning a cart to serve the dozen or so poor buggers who had decided to make it their choice of hang out.

We went from something a bit crap to being promised a new purpose built fanzone but instead have been left with something far worse than what we ever had. Club must be in a great position financially, it's the only explanation for the decision to reduce our income

Why don’t you ask the council my understanding is as per the new lease improvement to ground and facilities to be done by the landlord paid for by increased rent and the planing permission was applied for by the council not the club

It's a very confusing one because the club are the tenants and it's the club wanting to sell things so surely the club are responsible for having something suitable to sell from. The delay in the new (****) fan zone they're building is probably down to the council but who's responsibility is the gazebos etc that the club provided for years?

Don't worry pal, it's all in hand, well under control. No worries on that front. Better than Blackpool. (so that's not difficult, is it)

It seems to have completely fallen off the radar. A bit like the FAB meetings.

Which, while the Reds are winning, isn’t an issue. I’m sure others will make it an issue if results go south.

I was optimistic. They haven't bothered to put a parasol up it's just 4 of those cheap folding camping tables from argos and some waste bins

There is absolutely no point now the weathers starting to turn, & the current plans for the new fanzone are absolutely pointless because it’ll have the same issue, nobody will use it during the Autumn & winter months when it’s blowing a gale &/or freezing cold.

The focus should be getting us back in the Championship, & adding more to the attendance figure, then try again & hopefully come up with something much better than the current proposal.
