Time will tell if the film is any good, but the trailer…possibly the best trailer I’ve ever seen. Whoever came up with ‘Boots’ should win an Oscar.

Loved the first two. This one used areas of Bradford for filming too. And no, not because it’s full of zombies.

I don't know about 28 years later, but 28 years ago we beat Sheff U to go top of the league at Christmas and on the way to the Premier League...:)

I thought 28 days later was one of the best movies ever made in the genre but also thought that 28 weeks later was one of the worst

Danny Boyle directed days and he's directed years but weeks wasn't his.

Weeks felt like it tried to go mega corporate if you get my meaning. Dont think it was the worst by any means of the zombie genre, far off it in fact, but wasn't a patch on 28 days mate I agree! Can't wait for this one.

Great trailer. Looks a bit scary though. Don't want to be having nightmares.

Looks a cracking film, even better watching it in your local cinemas.

If our recent attempts at scoring haven't given you nightmares, you'll be fine with a few zombies.

I wouldn’t go anywhere near that far, but I do get your point.

There’s some cracking scenes in weeks and I really enjoyed the movie. But yeah, days was the better one.

The scene as Cillian Murphy walks over the bridge to a completely empty London was spectacular. Then again, the opening scene in weeks where Robert Carlyle is being chased by ‘infected’ was something else too.

The opening scene of 28 Weeks Later was the only part of the film directed by Danny Boyle, which will explain why it was the best part of the film. Not entirely sure why this happened though. Its definitely promising for the new one though.

I thought 28 Days was good, at first, but for some reason on second viewing a few years later, I found it boring.

In March 2024, Garland confirmed that he is writing a trilogy of sequel films.[23] The following month, the writer stated that the film Kes was a major influence on his work for 28 Years Later.
