How did I know it would be that goal mate If you ask me it was Berg's fault for not getting back quickly enough
Should've won that game - f**king Mike Riley... Funniest thing about the whole thing was when they interviewed Hendrie about it the day after and he said he couldn't believe Schmeical had scythed it so he "ran as fast as my little legs would carry me" to get to the loose ball! A team full of major international footballers out done by Super John's "little legs" - class!
At the time it seemed to take as long as the slow mo for the ball to go into the net, i ran to the aisle and was at least 20 rows down before it went in
In the replay at Oakwell ... when we were under the cosh in the last few minutes, with everybody back defending, two memorable quotes from Allen Green on Five Live</p> 1) When a goalbound ball hits Ashley Ward - "Ashley Ward - what's HE doing there" and</p> 2) At the final whistle... "Tonight belongs to Barnsley"</p>
Is the final clip the dutch game? I think it's the link I sent John on msn, but I cant be arsed to check</p> if it is the clip I think it is, by my recogning, the first player who kicked it towards goal (and scored) was meant to kick it back to the keeper, kinda like after a drop ball. So the other team had to score to make it equal but no-one really knew what the **** was happening.</p> Might be wrong, like</p>
yeah that's the one makes sense, and being Dutch they're probably all smacked out of their heads which explains the blank looks.
