Not seen this guy mentioned on here either.

He was V good today. made a few crucial saves.

Also people on here might not agree but oh well. Keepers foot works so important and hes good at that too.

Okay it might have been wind assisted but one kick was 10 yards or less from Derby's pen box. Most of davies's kicks are 15 yards over the half way line. Can also pick a wide man out. A trait of a Goalkeeper than can go right to the top.

Totally agree. he has the potential to go all the way to the top.

Long way to go, but he will hopefully turn into a keeper as good as Steele. Or if we are really lucky, and I think he has the talent, he may be even better. If he's as good a servant as Steele think every fan will be happy!

Today was one of his quietest afternoons for ages thanks to an all round team performance. If he has so little to do every match until the end of the season I will be happy.

Has he the potential to be as good as Luke Steele?

If he keeps on the way he's going i think he can be as good as Steele at this level. He's only very young so has the potential to go a long way.

His distribution is woeful. One point in first half,he claims the ball and scowens sprinting like fook n pointing where he wants the ball throwing(which would've lead to a quick counter attack) as usual he dallys on the ball too long & Derby get back in position. It's things like this that I feel is a failing in his game. The top keepers can spring fast attacks & Davies wants/needs too long........In my opinion

Watch Schmeichel from Leicester today throwing out too quick cost them the game, Davies goal kicks are generally pretty good and he's often on point when rolling it out but then again you don't like Davies so you'll see it how you want.

Like at Wembley you mean for the first? Aye, woeful that...

Unlike Caspar Schmeichel, he got rid of it so fast today, it was in the back of his net 2 seconds later.

Did you ever see Luke steels "distribution"??? That was a sight to behold, worse kicker I've seen in a Barnsley goal. He's already better than Steele in every area

Gi over man. Why are our fans so hell bent on slagging off our own players?

no i disagree with that wakeytrinity, but its all down to opinions of course.
the main criticism i have with steele is he turned his back on us after relegation. i cant knock him as a keeper though during his time.

Most of Steele's kicks were poor, and as for hanging onto the ball instead of getting it out quickly.................

When Davies came and was asked to try to put the ball near the touchline like Steele was asked to his distribution was awful. Since he's been allowed to put the ball into the middle it has been much better

Davies had a cracking game yesterday. Kept us in it with two top saves late on. Some of the stick he got last week was mental

I was really pleased with Adams kicking. He was picking out Shackell almost every time which was perfect because he didn't fancy anything in the air.
