He always seems to retain his awareness of the crowd and his sense of humour. I know that if he was playing against us I'd think he was a right c0ck but as he's ours - I love it! Against Fleetwood were people singing 'he's taking the piss, he's taking the pisssssssssssss, Adam Hammill, he's taking the piss'? I couldn't tell if that's what they were saying or not but the thought made me laugh and it seemed apt.

He needs the freedom to express himself. We don't want a team full of players that always look for the easy option.
I can't believe we've got fans criticising a player for trying to do much after months of safety first, dull football. Enjoy Hammill while you can. It's a wingers job to create chances & take people on. Much more likely to make the wrong decision than a holding midfielder or full back

Course you can criticise a bit when he clearly takes the wrong option at times, I don't thing anyone is really having a go though. I don't think there is a single poster on here would seriously suggest we can do better in that position
