    I'll throw this out there for those who say the board are not backing Duff.

    If this transfer is true. I'd be almost convinced this is not a data model signing and it is on the request of Duff, having played under him at Morecambe.

    So are we going back to the data model or potentially repeating what mistakes they said in the Q&A by deviating from it?

    At what stage does James stop playing Football Manager and allow the manager to choose his own players? Does a spreadsheet work in League 1? Manager gets one wrong (assuming poster who said Cole was Ishmaels idea) then James gets the controller back. Duff is an experienced guy, he knows the league and what it takes fking about with stats on successful interceptions at this level is just meddling.

    I was really referring to what Neerav stated at the Q&A, he said the players that hadn't worked out for us are where we deviated away from the data model.
