Not to stir anything up - but until he is put to trial again, is there actually anything he need apologise for?

He might be morally bankrupt regardless - but at the moment he is not a convicted criminal, his conviction was quashed.

I suspect at the retrial he may be found not guilty too. They haven't said what was put to the appeals judge but whatever it was, his conviction was overturned pretty quickly.

900 chesterfield at Oxford yesterday, "he shags who he wants chants" all match from them. Their forum is debating the merits of tag teaming. Well we've all been there. Apparently.

Chesterfield fans were singing his name yesterday.

I suppose innocent until proven guilty (again). Even if he is found guilty again, people will still claim he is innocent because he can laik football a little bit.

There's non as blind as them who can't see.

They have a lad who served 4 years for something it's looking every increasingly like he didnt do, as I suspected from the very start.

Too many on here looking at it from the high horse because he was a United player at the time.

If he does get cleared what happens to the woman who cried rape? Does she get 4 years and pay back all compo she has had out of it? And all court costs hope so. Guilty or not still dislike any team Morgan is at.

There's CCTV footage about of her leaving the hotel to get takeaway to take back to the room where Ched Evans was. She can't have been that smashed.....

Theres CCTV footage from a club of her behaving very normally, maybe even sober about half an hour before she went to the hotel, so she cant have been that drunk. No traces of any date rape drug were ever found either.

Another misconception is that Evans somehow wormed his way into the room when in actual fact, it was his room, that he had payed for prior to going out.

Why did he enter via a fire escape then and pay off the doorman?

Maybe she can start living where she wants again and using her real name again, not a third false one.

If she is found out to have been telling porkies. It should be a prison number not a name she is referred to as.

She should not only be sentenced herself but her name printed across every front page in the country like his was.

Its alright saying it'll effect other women coming forward in future, it might also deter other women from making (if its found to be lies) false allegations and ruining mens lives.

Just checking are you saying that if Chef Evans is found not guilty then she should be locked up and named and shamed or are you saying that if she is tried in a court of law and found to have been deliberately and callously making a false rape claim then the above should happen?

    The two are worlds apart
