I must have missed the part where I advocated for early kick offs?

Not at all. I've spoken numerously about where we've been and experiences we've had. And thats precisely the point. That was previous to covid. There were no significant risks prior to covid. Now there are. Whats the phrase.... adapt, or die?

Absolutely I would. I’d take PERSONAL steps to do so. I take hardcore immune suppressant drugs on an intravenous drip every six weeks. So I take personal steps for my personal safety. None of these involve asking, sorry, expecting anyone else to do anything on my behalf.

You should read up on the latest research by virologists. It appears T cells play a much bigger role in fighting the infection than previously thought. White blood cells basically. There are numerous cases of people who are unable to produce antibodies successfully fighting off the covid virus. Have a read, things may not be as bleak as you believe.

I'll go with my wifes consultant who has is aware of 4 people to die from covid who are on the same treatments, granted that info is about 3 weeks out of date now.

Which was precisely my question, personal steps. Which is what we are doing. I don't expect anyone to do anything on my behalf, because I know I would be sorely disappointed.

I only suggested you have a read of some things so you may see that things could improve and your response was to talk of 4 dead people. It's utterly bizarre.

I spoke of my wifes consultants dialogue who is in a much better position to understand the issues his patients are facing in the context of lack of immunity and impact.

To think her consultant isn't best placed to advise her and what is happening with his other patients is on an alternate plane to bizarre.

To think I was suggesting such a thing is the bizarre thought and going on the defensive to the point of talking about dead people when all I was offering was news that going forward there might be some relief for you both and you wouldn't be stuck in the predicament you find yourself in. That science is learning all the time and your situation might improve.

    But carry on.

If you were suggesting something to assist, fair play and I apologise and your reply was just unfortunately sandwiched in between people suggesting some random things.

The 4 deaths is completely valid though as they were on the same drug regimen as my wife. Not just 4 randoms that bore no relation to her situation. The irony is that at the start she thought she may be better placed than others as her immune system couldn't go into a cytokine storm which seemed to worry so many at first.

Sadly, that's not borne out, but as you rightly say, its such a new disease that there is so much to learn and advance and they should come pretty quickly as its in the worlds interests to do so. But until there is the sign of good news, which may never come, or not anytime soon, all we can do is take personal precautions, as crap as they are and how much we'd like it to be very much otherwise.

Wouldn't it be more dangerous having a curfew of 5,000 people all leaving at the same time? Without the curfew some will leave quicker anyway to beat the traffic or because they have a kid who's got school or might not rush straight out when it ends because they prefer to let the crowd get away first.
