i think you will find that was foster who failed to prevent the corss, also Steele should have been the clear winner to that cross, you are clutching at straws with that one
to be honest i do rate the bloke, and think quite a few of our fans are too quick to get on his back, he makes mistakes but all defenders do at teams in the bottom half of the table if he was faultless, he'd be on his bike to a top 6 team and our fans would be on his back again, the bloke can't win, but he's not as bad as people make out.
i think he gets a lot of unjust stick as well pal, he tries his hardest, and is as good as a club with our wage budget could hope for, he's not the best in the league by a long shot, but he's good enough to be a squad player at a club like ours. and don't think we could get many better to be honest
I would agree with you...squad player,I've no issue with his effort or committment,he has a good forward run in his locker which he should do more often, and to be fair at Hull he made a couple of first class tackles, the snags are though he is very weak at full back when wingers run at him...and as a centre half he loses his man and unfortunately can't win the ball in the air against the bigger forwards....see highlights of the Peterborough and Palace games.
