Also, why all the silly odds for the team to be promoted through the playoffs? Surely they should all be 3/1??? Bookies take the mickey with the short odds they give.

They're Betfair odds, not bookies odds. People are still offering big prices (although with no value whatsoever) on teams that are safe in the hope that someone will be daft enough to take them. The odds from the bookies don't include these teams.
