OK so what you are saying is that the circumstances were worse because Sanogo can't even hide behind a pi55 poor excuse of 'jostling for position' in the way that Morgan did? In that respect I think you have a point but the actual assault itself, the action of the elbow and the impact on the skull, then I think Morgan's was far, far worse.
