If Yorkshire Rose fill, you can try these two links ... https://www.biggreencoach.co.uk/events/barnsley-coach-to-wembley-stadium-coach-travel-from-barnsley I did fear the National Express would stop at Hillsborough on the way, but it says it's direct.
I've booked with big green coach from Worsbrough. That national express coach is a right rip off. It's usually only about 20 quid.
Mate(?) of mine isn't going because when he tried to book a coach he was given the impression that with the company involved he would be sharing a coach with Wednesday fans. Surely no travel operator would be that dumb, would they? I reckon the coach firm concerned was booking some coaches for us & some for them.
The ones which are going directly to Wembley don't appear to be stopping off in both Barnsley and Sheffield. It seems to be one or the other.
The National Express one I looked at was Barnsley direct to Wembley. Nothing stopping Barnsley based Owls catching it though (thought they'd be mental to do it). I presume they will also do a Hillsborough to Wembley direct.
Luke who runs Retrodome has another bus (his 4th), £55. Going from Hoyland. https://www.facebook.com/661858669/...3AhDxscWucNJwovNtWR8PnNQqLxQN3bdmWtl/?app=fbl
Still had some spaces on official coaches when I called around an hour ago. Getting through takes a bit of perseverance though....
Keel at Stairfoot opposite McDs running a coach, don’t know the details. You’d need to contact Kev the Landlord
Don't leave any of your stuff on it when you get to Wembley though. I left my bag of grub on it when we played Millwall, thinking it was our coach for the return as well. This wasn't the case, it's first come first served.
Make sure you have a good crap before you go if you're rotund like me because fitting on the bog might be an issue.
Yeah unless you're on holiday so it can't be helped, you should always stick to your own throne if you can help it for a number 2.
Booked cost me £55 just need to get from Pontefract to Barnsley for 8am and back after the match. Also need to borrow some money this afternoon off my Dad to purchase my ticket because I only had £70 quid in bank but doubt they'll sell out. Getting there hardest part and that's almost sorted.
