Owen Coyle, Steve Cotterill or Phil Brown for me

If we aint back on the heels of brum etc by Jan 1st.

Really wanted keith to success and though he was doing but our normal post xmas slump started after the brum game this year.

If he wont play his best team then he should leave. Constant chopping and changing = flapping about like a fish out of water.

Came away absolutely gutted on saturday! Long time since ive felt that bad after a game - if ever. Maybe being a tad pissed made it worse but it wasnt good!

Id give him the millwall game and say if he doesnt play his best players and go out and attack and we lose then ci thi! Id rather go down fighting than tippy tappin out way into league one.

I,ll go for Owen Coyle wether he would go for us is a whole new ball game. But i dont think the powers that be at Oakwell are interested in what we think and that may be because of finantial constraints. Its alreight saying we should do this or we should do that we are spending somebody elses money.

Names mentioned won't come to Barnsley, they're all used to more brass and bigger pay cheque.

Bloody hell I reckon some of the people on that list haven't had a job in football for 7 years or more.

I'll wager that some of them are dead! :)

Id like to know what reasons people pick any of these managers for except that they are relatively well known to them and have done a half decent job elsewhere. What qualities do they bring, what skills and vision do they have? Are they good man managers? Good coaches first? Can they manage on a budget?

Im guessing most people shouting for managers dont really know this stuff, but seeing as they feel a change of manager is necessary they pick the best sounding name they can find....Im not saying Hill should or shouldnt be sacked, but you have to be careful what you wish for.
