Alan Knil would be be good - he could match our scores. Why this - Keef's going nowhere - unless the fans would like to stump up £250k to get rid!!! (Stump - now there's a name to conjure with - wonder what he's doing???)
Re: That list is the strongest argument yet for keeping Keith Hill How so? Simon Davey is still free.
we could do with someone putting photos of our board members on the crew forum and ask there fans to keep a eye out for them because as soon as they go and have a look at the way they play and what their players are like the writings on the walk for H Hilly
The phrase careful what you wish for there are a few on here that just want a new manager irrespective of who it is just so they can take some satisfaction in it happening, not because they have any strong views on who the replacement should be. That list contains a lot of names we have no chance of speaking to, remember the brief they will be given. But worse, some real scarey names that probably apply for any vacancy that arises and could be a whole lot worse for the future of the club. We've got a manager with a credible track record, ****** to the ppg nonsense, not so long ago he was attracting interest from other clubs. Have some ****** & start looking a bit further than the end of your nose.
Re: The phrase careful what you wish for Look a bit further than the end of your nose? I have a big nose and very good eye sight and can still see that Keith Hill is doing a very poor job. Give me one single shred of evidence that he is doing good enough?
Re: The phrase careful what you wish for A credible track record? Of what exactly as it is not of winning games at this level. Attracting interest? Was he? Was he really? I'm looking into teh future, far past the end of my nose, and can only see season after season in the doldrums, probably with or without Keith. Entire club needs shaking up and the White Knight's time is up...
Re: The phrase careful what you wish for didnt we almost beat Leicester away? Had they not scored in the 92nd minute, we wouldnt be in the bottom 3. There's plenty of evidence, if you're prepared to look at it, but then if we were to beat Millwall would you be happy or a little bit disappointed?
Re: The phrase careful what you wish for If's, buts and maybes. IF we had won one more game under Steve Parkin, we would not have gone down and woudl we have entered admin? IF Special K was any good he would have scored at Wembley and SD might have won the FA Cup.
Re: The phrase careful what you wish for Fact is we didn't beat Leicester away......we got a draw. As regards Millwall, or any forthcoming fixture for BFC, I am always over-the-moon if we win, so suggesting I may be disappointed is way off the mark I'm afraid. I just don't have the confidence, along with a terrible 12 month track-record, that we will get anything at Millwall and will continue to struggle badly under the current regime.
