    what a surprise-would be interesting to be told........

    how much all the planning etc has cost so far-and does it mean the market is not now going to be knocked down?

    according ti the article. adelay of 6 months. hopefully issues can be resolved in that time.

    they have made the eyesore look worse as the shops have moved out in anticipation of construction. Hope we get the funding.
