A good read about Barry Taylor in the Chronicle this week.Told how he signed Gordon Owen with 50k of his own cash because the club was skint (he was paid back) and how he introduced our current owners to Patrick.A very interesting read from a very loyal servant to our club.

Great interview. Found out more about his thoughts on topics than in his thirty plus years on our board. Only thing missing was him being asked what his favourite biscuit is.

Yet another diehard Red is our Barry and was in it for the right reasons, he truly loves Barnsley
Football Club. When I first started supporting the Club it was apparent that there were like
minded people around the Club who felt the same re-Gerry Whewall , Michael Spinks, Chris Harrison,
John Dennis, Big Eric and the late great Rimmo who when it came to Barnsley FC it was not a job,
it was akin to any true fans loyalty, total commitment for life.
