Beterbiev is a knockout specialist. Bivol isnt but very skilled . Was great v Canelo. Clash of styles. If it goes to pts i favour bivol . But beterbiev is a huge danger over 12
People going on about bivol beating canelo asif that was a massive achievement. Canelo who's a natural middleweight/super middle weight had gone up in weight to try unify the light heavyweight divison.
I always favoured Berterbiev but he’s been out of the ring over a year, is coming off of knee surgery & is 39. Everything points towards Bivol on points but I wouldn’t be confident backing either man.
It's the best fight of the year in my opinion. I have lucky enough to see both up close (as a boxing writer). I'm on the fence because it is the true definition of a 50/50 contest. If Beterbiev keeps defining father time then i can see him eventually catching Bivol.
That was a scary finish. The left side of Clarke’s head caved in, he reacted like someone having a stroke. I really hope he’s okay. Brutal sport, especially at heavyweight.
