Taken directly from the BFC Customer Charter 4.7 Tickets for cup competitions are priced in agreement with the opposing Club, but usually no higher than for League matches. Could somebody please tell me where in the above statement say that BFC will not charge more than what it does for league matches?

This is googles cached page that shows the customer charter prior to their update. The fact that they have seemingly gone against their customer charter was raised on here and somebody has since changed the word ARE for usually.
