A Sheffield blowk lost his partner to suicide other week. Only in her 30s. She has a young son and Billy has gone to the house and taken the lad and step dad to a local pitch for a kick about.

In these times (and we all know BS has had his own grief) it's the little things that make a big difference.

    I doff my cap sir,........

Has always come across as a decent bloke. I've got a lot of time for Billy, even if he is a blunt

Lovely kid Billy, he plays / played for a few local rivals so I get on his case 180 mins a season if we play against him. But he's a genuinely good lad like most footballers, grounded and knows how lucky he is to be a pro footballer.
I think since lockdown many folk have seen how normal and generous local pros are. Maybe we need to be less nasty and in Billy's case downright less hateful towards them. I know you all know what I'm getting at.

You've just got to applaud Billy for stuff like this. Many a footballer gets lambasted, but well played

That's a wonderful gesture - but I hate his scummy club, and hope they finish bottom on two points.

I think its part of what the club are doing. Here's another video, looks like they've spent a bit of money tarting the lane up. Looks like the inside of a hotel walking out into the tunnel.

Random acts of kindness is one of the best things to come out of the current crisis.

Well done to all at Sheffield United for their kind acts.
Maybe it's time we all had a period of quiet reflection and tried to at least be tolerant of each other if we can't nice .
