Heard from a good source that he is signing for you lot, not sure whether loan or permanent but he was all set to sign for us when our investment came through but it has been delayed & you have jumped in. Hope he is wrong but he rarely is.

Exactly what l said. Not liked him since his celebrations against us for Sheff U and also his over the top celebrations against Scunny for Donny after Scunny had been a great little club for him. I'm speaking about him here on a football level, before we gets the usual comments, cannot stand the guy.
All this talk about investment needed at Donny, have I missed something cos a couple of years ago it was being said about their 3 main men that each of them individually would buy Patrick Cryne out many many times over so what happened?
I imagine this is being used to pressure someone at Donny to up the ante and release some funds for Billy to ensure they dont miss out on him. Propaganda! Also seen this on ****ter.
Christ knows mate I bored with it to be honest, seems some Irish consortium were coming in & going to throw money around but Ryan was still going to be Chairman (I think) but at the last minute another group have emerged (involving one of the other two directors) & the Irish bid is on the "backburner". Apparently Sharp & Wellens were signing if the takeover happened this week.
