We won't catch Reading. Bolton seem to be our only realistic target now.

Burton and Sunderland will be thinking the same, and the way things are going will probably finish above us.

As it stands that means us getting at least another 5 points without them getting any.

I can't at the moment see either happening

Reading's goal difference is taking a hammering tonight....

    See straw, clutch it.

No it means we win our game in hand and win a further game when they lose when they have a much harder final run in. Critical thinking should be taught in schools.

Your asking us to at least win another 2 games.

    Thats where reality steps in

If we win our game in hand and beat them at home we go above them.

We already did beat them at home so lucky for us . Looking at the run ins and the fact we should have had 3 pts off brizzle I stillthink it’s possible but not likely

I just can't see that happening though Mario bearing in mind what we've seen so far this season. We've all been saying the previous few games have been must win and we haven't managed to (Birmingham away being the exception). I can't see us getting anything against the Blunts on Saturday and then if Bolton pick up anything at Derby we really are in the brown stuff. IMO it will be us, Burton and Sunderland who are relegated.

I've found another straw to clutch. Seeing as how we've now fallen 5 points behind with a game in hand, there's no point in trying to "pinch" games by playing defensive formations (which don't work anyway). On the basis that all opposition shots on target go in, we just need to go gung-ho and try and score more goals than they do. I think we've got the players to play like that, but we don't have the players to keep clean sheets.

**** or bust for me, for the rest of the season.

Agree. Down the years it's always seemed to go better when the manager's had decisions made for him - it's when they try and be clever then it fcuks up - as a prime example see this season when The Saint God Heckingbottom changed half the side after drawing at Norwich, the last game in a decent run which was taking us up the league - he tried to be smart and out Warnock Warnock - look what happened that game and ever since. Morais now has his tactics decided - we must win, rather than just not lose.

I think we have been trying to win though. In the last two home games we have had enough chances to win several games or at least score a few

We have to go **** or bust though now. 424 smash it long. No pretty patterns, no retaining possession.

It's theory v reality. I'm clinging to the theory for now.
