Just read this on skysports regarding Rhodes' proposed transfer to Boro.

"Middlesbrough are set to submit an improved £14m bid for Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes, the Mail on Sunday are reporting.

Rovers have already rejected a £12m offer for the Scotland international from the Riverside club and need to sell another player to have their transfer embargo lifted."

That embargo is easily sorted Blackburn, sell us JOS.

You're a fool for thinking that we are signing JO'S or Ryan Williams. The experts have said so.

That being said, I can't see us bringing O'Sullivan back.

Can't see it happening. Looks like he'll be a regular starter for them this season, possibly upfront - a position they'll be lacking in if they sell Rhodes.

They sold Josh King as well to Bournemouth early in pre-season so you may be right, we can wish though.

JO'S and ALF could find themselves as team-mates this coming season...But it'll be at Ewood Park not t'Well.

I think we were dead unlucky about their embargo in January. Think we'd have got into the playoffs had we signed him

The embargo would be lifted from selling Rhodes because he'd be going for a huge fee. If they sold JOS i'd imagine they would still have the embargo.

According to Alan Nixon , the Blackburn embargo wouldn't get lifted if they sold Rhodes
