Errrr...... nearly. C'est UN parachute. Parachute is masculine, a "le" word I think.

It's all to do with your mate Blade. He likes to think he is good at French. Actually, he is crap at it, judging by his posts on here. I would have thought he would know the word "parachute" in the context of relegation payments, but there you go.....

Only one explanation for your post

    (pint)

Seems Blade has gone off to bed. He'll be back. He's probably perusing his phrase book right now.

By the way he earns more than all of us on here added together. Good night.

    Blackwell on Calendar

I'm no expert but I know there are three signs that can tell you when someone is not telling the truth.

    1. They pull their ear.

    2. They touch their lips.

    3. They fiddle with their tie or collar.

on Wednesday Calendar Kevin Blackwell managed to do all three when asked about the touchline fight. SD said it was about the multi-ball system. Blackwell squirmed and said it was something to do with the time left.

I would have had him at Barnsley, still would. Has the ability of motivating teams and getting them to the play offs.

Yeah he can be objectionable but so what if it gets results.

Would you rather be 20th with a nice manager, or 2nd with a horrible one.
