was superb yesterday, rammed all the stupid comments that people on here have made about him over the summer right back down there throats.

 

i wouldnt go as far as superb. But was by far the better player on the team. And also looked like he was the only one who cared if they won or not.

Loads of idiots round me yesterday - one bloke came just to slag Davey and Deavany all the way through the game -we should have a thread to name and shame the idiots. Ok you pay your money but why bother if that's all you do through the game - with every other word a swear word! Think I learnt some new ones from him yesterday! </p>

 

still not good enough. Barnsley fans expect more from that position. glavin & redfearn were legends, Howard's not in that class yet. Plus leon looks more the flair player we want in that position

 

i agree think howard covered alot of ground trying to get us the win, personally i didn't think it was one of leons better games

He shows great touches

but is too slow and sadly that will always stop him from matching Howard for a start.

Load of ****. Leon showed some good passes but how many created a goal scoring chance? How many free kicks were wasted and ended up in the stand?

that all depends on who picks the award, we have had some really strange MOM awards given, especially if TFP is in any way involved.

 

i can remember

in the 06/07 season, when we were losing and Heckingbottom got the MOTM, and everyone started laughing
