Hes on this weeks Undr The Cosh Give it a listen tomorrow when its out. I dont blame him for Leaving after what he said. He never got offered a new contract. The board asked if he would sign a new Deal and he asked first what it would be but the Board wouldnt say. They just wanted to know if he would sign one.
Love the Undr The Cosh releases. Been some absolute beauts. The Andy Johnson one was outstanding as were plenty of others. I'll be tuning in tmoz. Cheers
Feels like a lifetime ago now this one but he talked about all that here. Said it was his first opportunity to really set the record straight.
That feels really odd though. Surely the only possible response to that is "Yes I'd love to, but it depends what it is!" That said, I've not listened to it yet.
Im a big fan of the undr the cosh podcasts and after the excellent interview with Brian Howard done on here recently I hoped they might pick him out as he talked so well and seemed to have a few tales to tell. There's only been Taggart, Hume briefly, Andy Johnson very briefly and Shipperley from memory on that show who had a significant Barnsley segment so Howard's should be interesting.
John Beresford was on last year too, his was a good listen, not only for his time here but his career in general.
