I just want to say that i think you got a great deal out of Brian Howard. I know i'm a Swindon Town fan and we're doing c*ap this season but Brian Howard was a great player for us and we miss him a lot. He was, and still is, my favourite player and i hope he will get more respect from your club than he did from Swindon Town.
I notice that you are in 5th place and i just want to wish you all the best with this season and hope you do really well. Good luck.
p.s oh..and look after Brian Howard for us wont you! He had quite a fan club down here!!!!!!!!:S

I'm not surprised that a lot of your fans like him. He's doing rather well for us.

It took him some time to get fit, with one thing and another, but now he seems to have settled down. Let's just hope he doesn't crock himself again!

If it's any consolation, our fans are very fickle too - a couple of bad games and he'll no doubt have people on his back.

Good luck to Swindon - fingers crossed that you get out of your current situation.

Thank you for that. That's really kind of you. Swindon fans can get on with any other fans apart from Bristol City and Oxford. We can't stand them. Will you be coming to the Swindon vs Barnsley match at the County Ground on the 26th November?

    Thanks for Brian

Still you got our Rory in return - he seems to be doing OK for you.
Hope you can climb the table a bit - I'll be there on the 26th so if you can delay your revival until after that it would be appreciated.

    RE: Thanks for Brian

Well that won't be too hard. Don't forget this is Swindon we're talking about. We've recently had an 8 game losing streak which is the worst in our clubs history. That shows ya how bad we're doing. Do you know if Brian will be playing in that match? I'm sure he'd love too.
I've met Brian Howard actually. The day after my birthday. My mum had organised it. He was lovely.

If I'm not working, I'll be there. I'm not sure of my shift pattern, but I strongly suspect that the boss will want me in on that Saturday.

As for my kind words, I've got no reason to dislike Swindon at all. In fact you're very similar to us - got to the big-time for one season, took a lot of good hidings, and have been on a slippery slope ever since. As a BFC fan, I know how that feels.

I must say I thought you'd do better than your current league position. At least there's still time to turn things around, eh?

Yeah i guess there is but the Swindon fans all seem to be losing faith. If we are still in that position at Christmas though i will begin to lose faith too. I don't think we've got a particually bad team this season but everybody in the league just seem to be better than us.
I am a true Swindon fan but its just so frustrating for our fans when the team is in that position cos we know they can do better.
Anyway you don't want to keep hearing me going on and on about Swindon.
I just hope, from the bottom of my heart, that you can get promoted at the end of this season. Coz it seems like you've got the players for it.
