    Good morning Your Grace!

After my dismal showing at York on Sunday I'm staying cautious today. I'm going with Julie Krone and Tom O'Ryan in the Legends race because I think they both have mounts with some remaining promise. Later, I like the look of White Frost but I'm going to save on Shesastar, having been done by that one in her previous outing!

Otherwise, I think with uncertainty about the going, I'm going to watch (and hopefully learn!).

    3.45
    Invincible Hero
    Talent Scout

    4.50
    White Frost
    Shesastar

Now then, Thereev, better not shout too loudly about the 6/5 Leicester for Saturday! You know what some on here are like! :)

well 6/5 looks outstanding ....don't like betting against the reds so i will give it some thought. I like Shesastar but not getting too involved today!

Ive had £5 on every race at Donny today.....

I've used the predictor on my Racingpost IPhone app, I've sampled it over the last few days and it would have turned me a profit at most meetings. So here is what I've bet on:

    14:00 West Leake Hare 6/1
    14:35 Artistic Jewel 11/2
    15:10 Group Therapy 6/1
    15:45 Dr Red Eye 14/1
    16:20 Fallen Idol 5/2
    16:50 Firebeam N/R
    17:20 Haajes 8/1

So Fingers crossed, if I win I think I'll do the same for the whole St. Ledger meeting
Knowing my luck I'll probably lose the lot!!

It always feels good to hit the last race of the day..... I thought it was going to be a bad day but... still turned a £20.00 profit.

I'm going to give it another go with the App tomoz.... see if my luck holds.

Here is what its selected... I'll have £5 per race again

    13:25 Amis Reunis 9/1
    13:55 Dever Dream 13/2
14:25 Factory Time 20/1 (Not sure about this, but I'll stick with E.W anyway)
    15:00 Meeznah 3/1
    15:35 Venegazzu SP
    16:10 Internationaldebut 14/1
    16:40 Chain Lightning 4/1

    Today's bet:
    3.00 Set To Music

I wanted to back Meeznah, but that one disappointed badly last time at Newbury. The more I looked at the race the harder it was to ignore Set To Music. She improved for the step up to a mile and a half in the Galtres Stakes at York last time and it looks as though the mile and six today will be no problem. She's won four off the bounce and wasn't all out last time. The bonus is that any softening of the ground will not pose a problem.

I'm trying to leave the other races alone, because they are all tricky. Chachamaidee is interesting for Sir Henry in the 1.55 but you'd have to be scared of the Irish horse, Alanza - difficult to know the value of that one's Irish wins. Big Note would have a chance at an each way price in the 2.25 but a 20 runner 2yo race? Hmm! Frankie is on the Al Zarooni newcomer Encke in the 3.35 and that looks to have the right sort of profile - but then there's Brian Meehan's Rawaafed to worry about! Internationaldebut should have another strongly run race in which to try and follow up his Sunday York win and is a working man's price, which is OK if you subscribe to cavalrycharges r'us! The last race has more dodgy types than the BFC Boardroom!

Good luck with yours, GJA. Hopefully we'll hear from Thereev later - plenty of room for your chopper in the middle of the course, My Lord!

Cant wait for day 3 of the meeting!!
