Can Anyone Explain Why ?

Noone from Barnsley fc as been over to Argentina and gave the Argentinean F.A a back hander surely a couple of grand to the right person would get the paper work pushed though . ( i bet thats all there waiting for but the people at the club are too thick to see ) if it can't be sorted on the phone get on a plain and sort it face to face surely thats what any have decent club would do
then we can start playing a player who as been picking up his wedge (costing the club money) since june and not kicked a ball yet
