Why/ How anyone can single out Devaney as the worst player from yesterday? At Qpr & Crewe, possibly our best player, and yesterday he wasn't exactly bad. Especially not seing as he was played on the left to make way for that absolutely useless & piss poor Teale.
i like Devaney a lot, i didnt go to QPR but one oof my mates said he was garbage there and he had no more than 8 touches all game PS Dont shoot the messenger
No, no he hasnt. Crewe he was outstanding, quite easily our best player. Qpr he was very good aswell. It defies believe what some people watch sometimes!
i cant really comment this season as i didnt go to QPR Crewe yesturdays match i was been sick for most of it to be honest he is one of out better players
He was awful at Crewe, he couldn't find a pass. Can't remember him doing anything at QPR and yesterday he was once again non existent, hopefully when El Hamouir and JCR are fit they will be first choice on the wings.
Martin Devaney is not consistent enough to warrant a regular 1st team place. Occasional flashes of brilliance but all in all I would let him move on as we cannot carry him any longer!
Let him move on? We have 2 injured wingers at the moment, 1 on loan for a month initially, yeah smart move to let him go (doh)
He couldnt find a pass at Crewe as Martin Devaney was the only one bothered and was moving. He ripped their left back apart, and tracked back. Anyone who says he was poor at Crewe obviously has no footballing knowledge and should leave the forum.
Yes of course they should where as anyone who actually thinks he played well should try watching football a bit closer instead of being dazzled by the odd trick that might get him past a league 1 left back, his final ball was awful again. Devaney has the ability to put some storming crosses into the box but does it once every 6 games, he is another who is just not up to championship football.
