Can i press charges

    Against a bouncer in town, i went in base bar (i know chavvy) and tried to stop my mates fighting, when sum lovely person of a bouncer grabbed me and smacked the **** out of my ribs i think there broke, ripped my £60 t-shirt in the process, do i have any ground to stand on

    i doubt it alot mate.

    what did this bouncer look like? i know a bloke that works on the door theer but that sounds reight out of character for him

    where did the incident take place?

    if it was on their property then they would probably have a defence and it would be difficult to press charges (as unfair as that sounds..). If it was on the street outside then it would be easier.

    Yes you can press charges whether it is in side or out,they have a code of practice,go for it,in all the time I did the doors I only ever had to hit 1 guy
