Me for one. I did and I emphasise DID, eat a lot of chicken I certainly won't be buying any other than the free range. Well, if I could get it that is! I haven't seen one free range chicken on the shelf of my local supermarket ( Morrisons) for weeks!
don't give a ****, chicken is chicken, eggs are eggs. plus, how the heck can you be convinced that the chicken you have picked up is "as desrcibed", and not just labeled like that just so they can stick an extra quid on. (yes I know its illegal, but I bet it happens)
Always buy free range eggs - taste fair better, I get the chicken with the "farm standard" mark on the pack, don't buy the supermarket budget type unless it's all they've got....may look for free range now but I usually buy chicken thighs for curries, stir fries etc.....and I don't recall seeing those portions as free range but then again not really been looking.
dont ever buy a freshed cooked from Kings like eating paddywack ( dried cow sinus they sell as dog treats), just a warning like, sorry
Me The family are now free range chicken converts, although we always bought free range eggs. However, let's set the record straighton the pricing differential -I bought an organic free range chicken from Waitrose last week and paid £9, the cheap one of a similar size was £4.50. I can see why some people still opt for the value stuff.
WTF If you ever needed to prove on here how people do not listen when they watch you cannot buy caged chickens.
free range has bigger thighs and more muscle. is that what you look for or the thinner size 8 broiler.
roasting a bit of posh stuff in barnsley ????? never happens. Good chicks to spit roast in suffolk , try diappers .
