Do a load of Photoshop Layers

containing all the frames you require

Then at the bottom of the tool bar is the Imageready button, click on that which will open Imageready up. Once in Imageready you need to use the window at the bottom of the screen, the menu for that box contains something like 'import frames from layers' and hey presto you have animation. You can change frames speed and various other options. I'm not at a Mac with photoshop at the moment, but if you need any other help PM me.
