Isn't today the day they have to let the club know if they are accepting there terms and agreements etc?..
its tomorrow according to the Don.To be honest I would tell to **** off after that. Its just daft Flicker saying he is okay with a few more weeks , then its letting them tek the piss. 4 weeks should be long enough.
Re: its tomorrow He's right, they should have the respect to tell the club yes or no. With what Flitcroft said there isn't any interest in any of the players apart from Cranie. Ben and Maurice should sent all the players agents an email saying reminder deadline tomorrow, we'll be at the club till 4pm. Anyone not signed by then. Good luck in the future.
Re: its tomorrow Any that hasn't signed a new deal. They've had Eight week since season ish and had these contracts at least 4 weeks.
Re: its tomorrow yeah i get the general point - but specifically - apart from cranie, which players would those be. specifically
Re: its tomorrow so does does that include Cranie, should we tell him good luck in the future, or is he allowed more time..
Re: its tomorrow If you give everyone a dead line you cant say to 2 off them, you have had enough, eight weeks is long enough time bye bye. then say Your alright you can have a couple of week longer to the other one
well from me I want BOTH Hassell and Steele to stay, I believe in both of them, and reckon Bobby has earned a testimonial year. BUT no player is bigger than the club, and to allow them to hold us to ransom as such, is just ******. We all know about Hemsie's vendetta with the said two. But that's not the case with me, I hold both in high regard and want them both to stay.
Re: its tomorrow Having got to the weekend before there due back in training having not signed on again, i'd say there saying good bye and good luck to us
I think you will find that Cranie has said he will sign and its just the legalities being sorted...the other two have said nowt either way I believe.
Re: I think you will find that Cranie ahhhhh, I see. so it's steele & hassell then. i did wonder. chump
Re: I think you will find that Cranie If that's true Dragon it'll be great news as he's a vital part of the squad and starting eleven.
Chump... is that aimed at me if so I suggest that you re-read my posts in this thread. I have said I would be delighted for both to sign(unlike Hemsie) but I do not like to see any player trying to hold a club to ransom. As SIR Alex Ferguson once said "No Player is bigger than the club" and I think was being generic towards every club too when he said that
