Credit Card Debt.-Help

    3 days late paying it off, having run up further debt in the meantime.
    What are my liabilities-apart from age related fogetfulness.
    Any sensible replies would be appreciated.

    Nothing if you're up front with them

    Mrs BR and myself have managed on a few occasions, some though our own fault and some not, to fail to pay the credit card bill. In each case a friendly and apologetic call and an immediate settlement has resulted in us being refunded the late payment charge.

    3 little words

    Cut it up.
    Dont pay the minimum repayments either. Pay back what ever your comfortable with.
