Be a good addition to the squad me thinks.

Released by Leeds - ex Man Utd trainee - always thought he was decent.

Right player in my Football Manager team. He's my attacking left winger, bags some reyt goals for me. I don't really know much about him off the game like.

The story - from Sky Sports

Leeds United have confirmed that Danny Pugh will be leaving the club while a further eight players could also depart this summer.

Pugh's two-year deal expires at the end of June and Leeds have opted against retaining the former Manchester United youngster's services.

The 23-year-old was one of Kevin Blackwell's first signing when he joined The Whites, forming part of the deal that took Alan Smith to Old Trafford.

However, following a promising start to his Leeds career, the versatile left-sided player has slipped well down the pecking order at Elland Road.

Blackwell has confirmed Pugh will become a free agent this summer and added that a number of other players could be leaving if deals can be brokered.

"Danny will be leaving us. He's exercised his right to become a free agent and look for another club," he told the Yorkshire Evening Post.

"I can't speak highly enough of him, and he's done a good job for us. But he hasn't had too much first-team football here.

"There will be movement in and out. Assuming we can agree the right deals, we could be looking at eight or nine of the lads moving on."
