    RE: He was solid today

He did well but IMO all he can do is head a ball, like i said, i watch him warm up and he cant kick straight, he can't run as by now everyone will have seen, and IMO you need all those in Prem

    I know all that

I've been critical of him about his lack of pace.

But today his positional sense was excellent, great tackling and blocking.

We would be a lot worse off without him! OK he lacks pace but his experience and leadership is priceless. Personally I think he should be made Captain.

Im sure Darren is aware of his 'inabilities'

why do people on here feel the need to slate him ?
He gets picked , gives 100% , plays when injured and today we keep a clean sheet .

FOR feckS SAKE LEAVE THE GUY ALONE.

I dont get it with our fans with Darren Moore

What do we all want? A CB that has pace, good in the air, good on ball, good tackle? One thing, we cant afford Rio Ferdinand can we? Get real. Darren Moore is slow yes but for gods sake he plays in our shirt and is a damn good centre half. He is the best in the air at the club, he is the strongest at the club, he is the most experienced at the club. Ok, he aint pretty on the ball but neither is Chris Morgan who plays for one of the top 3 teams in the division. I have always liked Darren Moore and although he might get found out with his pace a few times, didnt we used to struggle up against centre forwards like Hulse, Adebola, Helgusson. Big centre forwards. Would Foster deal with these players as well or anyone else for that matter?

HES HERE, HES THERE, HES EVERY FECKIN WHERE, DARREN MOORE, DARREN MOORE!!!!

    One question

Why do Derby fans like him so much and before you answer, dont come with childish answers like "they like him so much now cos he now plays on the opposition and not for Derby"

I can not make my mind up about him, the two men who sit at either side of me, are allways pulling him down,if he is playing good or not.

He was awesome today and I mean awesome. I sit in the Ponte End and I lost count of the no of times Darren saved us. He put in some awesome tackles today and saved us more than once with a last ditch tackle and punt. Good on him. He is so committed. I said he was man of the match and he got it. No arguments. What do some people want on here? He does what he's paid to do and long may it continue.
