By the end of September, it could be too late.

9 games in is not too late, deserves the chance especially with the difficult start we have.

After 9 games and on current form, we could be 27 points adrift and you don't think that's too late?

    Come on pessamist

we could also have 21 points. I know its not likely but.
9 games gives him a chance but we should have a plan b just in case. Also 9/10 games is when the table starts to take shape. Lets not forget you could have a brilliant start to the season but it means little if you get found out. Remember Millwall some years ago

At best, all I can see is a possible 4 points and I'm stretching it at that, that would still put us 23 points adrift.

Who would that put us adrift of? Because by your calculations every team is going to win every game they play.

22 points from last 23 games. Tell me how that's not ****. I'm not blaming any player. I'm blaming Davey.

If you're happy for YOUR TEAM to continue in that vein then that's your choice.

It would put us adrift of everyones percieved target for this season, ie general improvement and lower mid-table. To achieve this we shall need a minimum of 60 points. After 9 games we would only have 35 games left to get them in, ie 1.71 points per game. When was the last time we ever got near 1.71 points per game. Even in our best period last season, we only achieved an average of 1.45 points per game. If after 9 games, we were able to achieve 1.45 points per game for the rest of the season, we would be relegated. It doesn't really matter what everyone else does, unless a lot of them were to go the rest of the season under achieving even more than we are doing.

Jesus brotyke, don't go stating facts on here. Facts count for nothing apaprently because Davey is a good manager and it will all come good if we pretend it will.

Real fans don't get worried. Real fans don't question what's happening at their club and real fans don't put together concerns based on facts. Apparently.
