    It's always someone else's fault. I see he's now banging on about not getting clearance for his new signings.

    1. He should have strengthened the squad earlier, in time for the new season.
    2. What happened to the "our recruitment this summer will be British based players with just one foreign signing".....clearance wouldn't have come into it then??

    To be honest now I'm just growing tired of his excuses and nonsense statements. The axe will inevitably fall, it's just a case of when.

    Patrick Cryne - the man who has paid him a good wage for the last three years and given him more backing than he deserves? Even better.

    Jimmy James pays his hard earned over to the club every home game - he's the best fan there is.

    The nice part for him too is that he gets to be a proper fan by slopping out a tirade of non-stop, unconstructive criticism that has no real value.

    He's the best there is. I've nothing but admiration and respect.

    I don't pay my hard earned every game - I get a season ticket. It's the true fan's way.

    How many players have we signed on the back of your "support"? Must rankle with you to know that someone negative like me means far more to the club than you ever could.

    I'm sure the club bought a few players during the 12 years I had a season ticket in the 60's and 70's - but that doesn't count now. I chip in a bit at away games of course but you'll conveniently gloss over that.

    Having said that I think your arguement is brilliant - honest.

    You chip in at away games? How much of that money goes to Barnsley FC??

    Well done for having a season ticket in 1969 when they were a tanner. Trouble is it's 2009. What use is that 40 years down the line??

    It's not really an argument though - it's a statement of fact. The club will take a "negative" season ticket holder over someone gobbing off on a messageboard putting zilch into the club everyday of the season. Must pain you to be so insignificant to the club.
